Please allow 2 business days to process and ship your order. All orders typically ship between Monday and Wednesday. During warmer months, we do not ship chocolate over the weekend due to unpredictable temperatures.
During warm months where high temperatures can be unpredictable, we may require that you choose Expedited shipping to ensure that your chocolate arrives in the same condition that it left our factory.

Why can’t I have product shipped over the weekend? Many parcel carriers do not move product over the weekend and we cannot guarantee that your chocolate is under temperature-controlled conditions. We want to ensure you receive your order in the same delicious condition that it leaves our factory. We’ll hold your order if temperatures across the country are too warm to safely ship your chocolate. This means that we do not allow product to be in transit over the weekend for most of the year.
Note: If you’d like to ship your order with Standard Ground shipping outside of our recommendation to use Expedited shipping, that’s no problem. However, any damage incurred during transit will not be covered by TCHO.
Why do you require a signature to deliver my order? We require a signature to keep your order secure and in the best condition possible. However, if you would like to waive the signature requirement, you can file a signature release with FedEx. Please note that if you waive the signature requirement, TCHO will not be liable for any stolen or damaged product.
I need my order ASAP, can I order with overnight shipping to ship the same day? Please contact us at orders@tcho.com for more information. We can’t guarantee that our warehouse will be able to ship same day orders or orders for the next day placed after the order deadline (2:30pm Pacfic Time the previous business day). However, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO? We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO’s or FPO’s.
How can I request a change to my order? Please respond to your order confirmation email or email orders@tcho.com with your order number and your requested changes. We cannot guarantee that we change your order. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
